Remember Princess night?

Do you remember when we hosted Princess night last year? I am sure you heard one of the stylists mention it at least. We gathered fair maidens far and wide to come gather at The Rare Bird in Alexandria for a cozy evening of crafting and royalty.
The hats were prefabbed and blank so they could be decorated to suite whomever was wearing them. While we all decorated, we streamed The Princess Bride to get into the mood
Because The Rare Bird provided materials we asked for a $20 craft fee to help off set the cost. Because our overall goal of these craft nights is to help create a third space in the DMV area, we try to make sure that participation is not cost prohibitive.
This year we want to pair up with a local organization called @craft_clubnova to host this event again on October 3rd. Details will be to follow. As always, these events are not just for the clients who visit The Rare Bird Salon. They are open to adults in the Alexandria Va area. We would love for you to stop by. If you can’t make Princess night, dont worry. We have plenty of other craft nights to keep you coming!
