Dry Cut

Guests with any length hair are able to receive a dry cut. All guests must come with clean, dry, product-free hair for Rare Bird’s Dry Haircut.* Styling will be offered at the end of service.
~ Approx 45 minute service duration.
Wet to Dry Styled Cut

Wash, cut, blow dry, and style. This Haircut is suitable for most guests’ needs and is typically an hour long service. Hair type and home-styling needs will be discussed during consult. Please note that guests should book our Transformative Haircut for significant length or style changes or for very thick hair.
Transformative Haircut
$240
Wash, cut, blow dry, and style. Rare Bird’s Transformative Haircut is suitable for guests looking for a substantial change, and typically takes 1.5-2 hours. Hair type and at-home styling needs will be discussed during consult. Please note: Transformative Haircuts are not only determined by change in length, but also by thickness of hair.
Color Maintenance Services
Root Touch-up
$180+
This service is for guests who are looking to eliminate lines of demarcation as the hair grows from previous color services.
Service duration for this process is typically 2 hours including a style before add ons.
Color Balancing
$200+
This service is an expansion on the root touch up. Including a gloss at the end of a service to refresh and revive color goals in the mid shaft and ends of hair.

This services usually takes 2 hours with style before add ons.
Gloss
$138
A wash of color that is applied globally in the shampoo bowl. A gloss can revive tonality or softly camouflage grey hair, not eliminate it. A gloss can be used to extend the longevity of any color service.
Duration is about an hour with style.
Dimensional Coloring Services
Dimensional Painting
$385+
Wether within foils or free form directly into the hair, Dimensional painting delivers natural dimension and brightness to the hair that grows out without demarcation. This means that guests can often wait longer between visits.

Dimensional Foiling

A classic technique that intentionally places brightness or depth within key focal points of the hair. Maintenance for this service is on a more regimented schedule, of about 8-10 weeks.

Dimensional Lightening
$420+
A classic technique that intentionally places Brightness or depth globally throughout the hair. This service is recommended for guests at are looking to make a subtle shift in the overall brightness of their hair without sacrificing their natural dimension. Other techniques can be used to maintain brightness overtime.

Blonding Services
Blonding Retouch
$280+
Lightener placed on scalp to create a considerable change in hair color. This service is for guests with 1-2" of regrowth.

This service duration lasts for 2.5 hours with style before add ons.
Global Blonding
$140/hr
Whether within foils or just globally placed on the hair, This service is priced at an hourly rate to ensure the best possible outcome to suite the individual needs of a guest. Maintenance is discussed and prescribed during consultation to suite individual needs.

Correction & Vivids
$140/hr
Color correction and vivid color services are priced upon consultation to ensure proper results. For guests looking to correct a previous color services, or to shift into vivd colors should reach out via email to book a consult.
