You just got the reminder that your appointment is this week—yay! Do you do anything to get ready for it? No shame if you just show up; we’re all about that. But just in case you haven’t given it much thought, here’s a small list of “to-dos” that can help your stylist more than you know.

Come to your visit with hair that has been freshly washed within the last 12-24 hours. If we are dry cutting, trimming your fringe, or applying color, it can be hard to make sure things turn out exactly how we expect if your bangs have been clipped back all day or if we have to wash out dry shampoo.
Does your booked service match your goals for your visit? Before your appointment, it’s helpful to double-check that the service you booked aligns with your current hair goals. If you’re considering adding color or trying a new style, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. Likewise, if your needs have changed and you no longer require a certain service, sharing that in advance helps us make the most of your appointment time and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
If you are visiting us for the first time, have you filled out the New Guest Intake form? If this is your first visit, have you filled out our New Guest Intake form? Every new guest receives a link to complete this form. It helps us understand your goals, hair history, and gives us a starting point to make your appointment seamless and tailored to you.
